Why Do I Need an Inspection?
Some inspections are required by local agencies such as well and septic inspections to ensure that these items are in working condition to help protect the consumer.

Permit Technicians
Permit technicians are available Monday thru Friday 8:00 — 5:00 via a toll free number; email or fax. An automated answering machine after business hours, allows you to leave a message for the personnel without additional assistance.
Inspectors
Our inspectors start with experience in their trade. Our inspectors combine their field experience, State required certifications and our training in the field to provide understanding but firm adherence to the Michigan Codes. Inspectors undergo continuing education required by the State of Michigan to keep their certification current.
All staff undergoes on going training to keep an understanding of the constantly changing codes.
