When you are buying — When you are selling
Be Confident — Not all problems may be obvious to the average consumer. We provide a summary of the results of the inspection free from technical language which may be confusing.
• Building Inspector: A professional building inspector is trained to examine your building using nondestructive methods to provide a thorough analysis.
• The Building Analysis Report: The report presents a complete summary of the results of the inspection but free from technical language which many find bewildering. It also gives suggestions as well as a range of estimated costs for repairs. The report is available immediately following the inspection.
• Problems with the Building: This report is not a guaranty or warranty. A building inspection cannot eliminate all your risk in purchasing. However, if a problem occurs after occupancy, you can call the inspector. A phone consultation may be helpful in deciding what corrective measures to take.
• Attend the Inspection: It is important that you understand exactly what your professional building inspector is able to do for you and what limitations are in the inspection analysis.
